Rates vary depending on location and range from $87 per day (per person double occupancy including three meals a day) to $39 per day (per person for dormitory style lodging without meals).

You may pay by credit card or print an invoice for payment by check. Individuals may request a “paper registration form” by calling (800) 952-8977 or emailing MusicArtsWeek@UMFellowship.org. Group leaders should register online and make payments for all registrations within the group.
After April 30, there is a $30.00 per person registration increase.
FREE Chaperone Registration - One complimentary chaperone registration per 10 youth or children registrations in a group reservation.
FREE 2013 Registration - Receive one complimentary registration for the 2013 event for every 10 paid registrations for 2012. Pay for 10 registrations and get 1 free registration in 2013. A coupon good for the 2013 registration will be given to you at the event in 2012.
REFUNDS:Refunds are available prior to June 1, 2012, for registrations that must be canceled. All refunds will be made by check. Appropriate cancellation forms must be completed before June 1, 2012, to be eligible for a refund. There will be no refunds made after June 1, 2012.
Full payment is not due at the time of registration, however a $30 non-refundable deposit (per registrant) is required at the time of registration. All balances for registrations made prior to May 1, 2012 must be paid in full by May 15, 2012 or the registrations are subject to cancellation. Space in a particular program is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
